Comment on Why aren’t starting pitchers utilized like this more often? by Rasputin

It's a combination of the following in no particular order.

1) The pitcher doesn't want to come out of the game.

2) If he's really your ace then chances are the guy that pitched the day before is significantly worse and thus there's a significantly higher chance that he had to be taken out after five (or less) and your bullpen is taxed so you need a long outing.

3) Managers are chickenshit

Hey I really enjoyed watching you guys on 2M2M! I was wondering if you had any suggestions on books or websites that have really good/sound poker theory? I have finally mastered the technical pot odds call/fold aspect of the game but I want to take my game to the next level and learn more about some of the other aspects of the game. If you could help that that would be awesome.

Many times generalizations seem more like overall characterizations or stereotypes, thus prejudicing an entire class of people generally. This can lead to people being offended because they fall into that class generally or actually. Of course, many people are also just oversensitive.

http://ericcressey.com/why-president-obama-throws-like-a-girl

You should have let her know that it isn't her fault she sucks at throwing things, it's due to bone structure. Guys who don't throw at a young age will have trouble just like most girls.

iPhone can forward messages.

Open a message
Click edit at the top right
select alll the messages you want to forward
click forward at the bottom left
choose who you want to fwd it to.

and you can mass message if you hit the + button and tap everyone you want to send it to, but no you cannot send it to everyone.

Sharing contacts is possible as well, open up your contact, hit share contact and it will give you the option to share the contact through either email or MMS.

You have a very blind biased opinion on the iphone, many of the things that "cannot be done" are just things you couldn't figure out how to do.

@Lain
Appstore has many IM apps. ebuddy is free. There are many games that are 100% free as well.
